Social media competitions
The competition is organized by Belmonte Tirol GmbH.
Participation
Any natural person resident in Austria who has reached the age of 18 is eligible to participate. Minors require the consent of their legal guardian to participate, unless this is excluded.
Belmonte Tirol GmbH reserves the right to exclude persons from participation who violate these conditions of participation or who seek to gain or obtain an advantage over other participants by unduly influencing or manipulating the competition. In such cases, Belmonte Tirol GmbH may also subsequently exclude participants from the competition, disallow prizes and reclaim them.
A person takes part in the competition by completing all the tasks specified in the competition. The tasks can be seen in the respective competition entry. Participation must take place within the period specified in the competition.
– In order to participate in the competition, it is essential that all personal details are truthful.
– Each participant may only take part in the competition once.
– The participant agrees to his/her name being published on the Autostadt page of the relevant platform.
Competition start / end
The competition begins on 05.09.2025; the closing date for entries is 11.09.2025 at 23:59. Late entries cannot be considered.
Participation in the competition is only permitted through personal entry by the participant. Participation via automated procedures (e.g. via competition clubs or competition service providers) is not permitted. In these cases and in the event of breaches of the conditions of participation or manipulation, we reserve the right to exclude the participants concerned.
Multiple comments from the same social media user and/or the same person will be counted as just one entry into the competition. For the evaluation of the competition, all “Facebook names or Instagram names” of the participants will be recorded and stored for the purpose of determining the winner. Address data will later only be collected from the winners and will only be used to send the prize. Participants are entitled to statutory rights of information and revocation.
Prize description
You can win 2 tickets for the murder mystery dinner in our restaurant on 17.10.2025.
The winners will be notified directly after the competition via a private message on Facebook or Instagram.
The winners must report back by 23:59 on 16.09.2025. Otherwise the prize will be forfeited and the winner will lose their right to have the prize sent to them. The winners will be announced without guarantee.
Belmonte Tirol GmbH is entitled to transmit the personal data to third parties in order to enable any delivery of the prize. Only one prize per participant is possible, which cannot alternatively be paid out in cash. Claims to prizes are not transferable to other persons. Belmonte Tirol GmbH is released from all obligations upon delivery of the prize. Belmonte Tirol GmbH is only liable for legal and material defects in the event of intent or gross negligence.
Premature termination of the competition
Belmonte Tirol GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. Belmonte Tirol GmbH will make use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination was caused by the behavior of a participant, Belmonte Tirol GmbH may demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.
No involvement of Facebook or Instagram
Competitions on Facebook are in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook and are in no way connected to Facebook.
Contests on Instagram are in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram and are in no way affiliated with Instagram.
